Caro is a Master Craftsman jeweler "not a salesman". So his advice is what you want to hear and you'll be grateful for it. He made my fiancée a spectacular custom wedding ring set based on a few reference photos we liked. The design came out way better than imagined. There has been many compliments about the ring. Caro suggested having six prongs to securely hold the main diamond; which looks beautiful and gives us peace of mind knowing it won't fall out. I definitely recommend having him expertly size the ring for that perfect fitment the rings created were a custom size between 5 & 5-1/4 for that perfect non-spinning fit. We couldn't be happier and I'm thankful that we have such a beautiful ring for our lifetime. Just drop by and talk to him; you won't regret it.

This place is great. Caro, is very understanding, honest and upfront with his opinions/thoughts, better real than fake. He was able to set a diamond in a setting, that I both purchased elsewhere. He took care of it in a timely fashion and quality of it came out amazing. He polished the unfinished setting and it came out showroom fresh. Please support his business and not mainstream retail stores who do not care about your needs b/c they just want to sell you something to make their commission. Caro cares and is not looking to take advantage of you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The customer service I received at C and R Diamond jewelers by Caro Z was the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I needed some glasses fixed and was leaving town two days later. I knew this was short notice, and was hoping for the best. He took it upon himself to take extra time out of his busy day to fix the glasses in time for when I leave. He was extremely nice, extremely professional and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly highly recommend!!

This is a professional jeweler. He went above and beyond to show everything that was wrong with my ring. I had a missing diamond and took the time to show me all diamonds were loose. He did all repairs that were necessary for a reasonable price. He gave me and a peace of mind and is a real honest man, highly recommended!

The lobster claw clasp on my necklace broke. I noticed their shop this past Sunday, and stopped by today, Wednesday. They had the clasp size I needed, and had the old one off and the new one on in mere minutes, even soldering the clasp in place. Very friendly, very skilled and I highly recommend. They are at the corner of Beach and Talbert.

Update: I have a black pearl pendant from Tahiti. The pearl separated from the pendant. I took it to this shop. They completely repaired it in just a few days for just over $80.00.

The most important reason I use this shop is that I have complete trust in them.

If I don't feel that sense of trust, I won't leave my 'memories' in their hands. I've been burned before.

I highly recommend this shop.

Having never been here before, I went in to have a tight ring cut off. The man who helped me was friendly and felt like a caring father. I felt well-looked after. He explained every step and took care of me patiently, explaining every step. He was honest and forthright, which is priceless in a jewler. I was so appreciative and will be back for more services and perhaps a glittery piece or two.

C&R was absolutely wonderful with every aspect of my engagement ring endeavors.

I didn't want to go to a chain jeweler and I already had a diamond, from my late grandmother, so I was only looking for was a new setting. Caro was very accommodating and always had my intentions in mind. I wanted something simple, not over the top. He never tried to upsell me on anything.

Their prices were extremely reasonable. I also had a tight deadline. I was traveling that following week and I wanted to propose during those travels. Caro delivered and it was perfect.

Overall I had a great experience and if I have any other jewelry needs, I already know where I will be going.
