I started out dealing with a young lady named Kali, she was very helpful and patience and found the phone at another store and got it for me . Very grateful for her services. When they called and the phone got to the store, and when I got there I was granted the privilege of getting Nicole to finish the phone transfer and getting me up and going with the new phone .. thanks a bunch ladies y'all rock..

Nicole the assistant store manager is absolutely one of the very best! She truly cares about her customers I needed help with the right phone for my aging father and she not only suggested the perfect phone she helped him with speed dial so his life is so much easier! We LOVE HER!!!

Stopped by the Cheboygan Verizon store today to have a jet pack removed from our account. Nicholas helped us out and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable dealing with Nicholas, and long story short, I walked out with a new IPhone PRO, with everything transferred from my old Samsung android phone. My wife and daughter ordered new phones which will be in very soon. Very pleasant experience working with Nicholas. The other young ladies working were also very pleasant and obviously professional helping other customers. We would recommend the Cheboygan Verizon store to anyone looking for cell phones, service, tablets or accessories.
