I'm giving a 5 star review for the staff and people that work there and that have to put up with all the idiots and less then educated people Westwood has to offer. I worked at this location many years ago and let me tell you 98% of the customers that came in were below the standard IQ level. Just plain stupid and can't comprehend basic functions.

I been a customer for the store for a while. I always say good morning to the staff even if they don't answer because they have a mean attitude. But today it's was different and difficult I was in line already to pay and.the cashier told to exit so a gentleman. can be charged for his drink. I she didn't say anything. The man didn't even say excuse me. It wrong how they treated there customers....

I pump Gas today in the gas pump number two. The other pump were taking long to fill cars. I told Ded the cashier that pump was also not working and he completely ignored my request I told Him the pump was not working and he was hysterically yelling. I hope Luis the manager reads this. Please contact me for my refund.

Came to buy some vape cartridges and as the shady cashier grabbed them off the shelf, they looked a little old and faded so I asked if they were. The guy said no and assured me they were not but wouldn't let me open it to check. 30 bucks later, I'm left with a pack of old nasty vape cartridges that taste awful. I can't use these, it's wasted. I immediately confront the cashier about it and he just says "no refunds", no help at all. These guys don't care about their customers! All about the money and greed

This gas station was around the corner from my house and is as good as it gets as far as gas stations go. The staff is super friendly, and on multiple occasions let me slide by a few cents so I don't break a large bill. I've run into multiple celebrities here, most memorably Ray J in his Bentley.

Lazy staff. We are paying customers and locals. Previously staff let us use the restroom but acted as if they really didn't want to let us. This time one person said no, and manager hesitatingly but annoyingly said no. like it was such a big problem. DON'T HAVE PUBLIC RESTROOMS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO USE IT, AND ESPECIALLY JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO BE TOO LAZY TO DO YOUR JOB TO MAINTAIN IT. Whether it's a restaurant, a store, or even a gas station - customers satisfaction is always number 1 so make it a point to meet it or exceed it or find another job and let someone that appreciates work and customers have your job.

Just drove up to the pump -
Young woman steps in front places a cone in front of my truck - tells me she had to empty the trash - I asked politely if I could get gas first - she said no I have to empty the trash!
Another Hispanic woman rudely pointed and said go over there use the other Pump! I said that the young girl stepped in front of me - Hispanic woman then moved parking barrier in front of my car and laughed - they both had a good laugh pointed and jeered - thanks for the courteous service!!!
