This company is a whole scam. I used to work for this company and almost all of the employees there do not do their job the way they’re suppose to do. The company also takes out taxes for Detroit even if you do not live in Detroit as this company is based in Southfield. Do not let this company scam you whether you are a customer or an employee.

I actually just left the company. I was there for about 6 months and loved every minute of it. I came in needing a job and extremely skeptical. The amount of time that gets personally invested in you is absolutely amazing. The people at Proof are dedicated to each other, and there is no toxic competitive nature involved here. Honestly this is the best professional experience I have ever had and could not have asked for a better opportunity. The only reason I left was because I realized this wasn't what I wanted long term. If you are willing to work and want something that pushes and challenges you it will be an amazing experience.

I worked for Proof Management for about a year. The growth is determined on your own ability to be self-manageable and motivated. The entry level part of the position is no glamorous, but neither is pushing papers for several years in corporate until you're MAYBE promoted in 5-10 years.

The opportunity is real, you just have to work for it. Lindsay invested so much of her time into me and her team to excel. If it wasn't for her and the rest of the successful mentors I was privileged to learn from, I would not be where I am at today! If you put your head down, take and apply their advice, and work hard, you will succeed. If you are walking in expecting that you right off the bat "deserve" special treatment, not the place for you.

I've been with Proof Management for just over 2 months, and I have never been more challenged, motivated or supported at any other job compared to this. It is tough, and maybe not so glamorous at first, but seeing first hand and meeting the success stories in person allows me to think bigger not only about the company's future, but more importantly my own. This may not be for everyone, but it is for those who are self motivated enough to be the next executive and business partner. Which they are guiding me to become each and every day. I also have already had national and state travel opportunities and love knowing that I have many more in my future here. I can't wait to see what this year brings with Proof!
