I just wanted to give a big shout out to techs Jamie and Jerry. The install process was easy with them. They provided me details on my system set up along with how all the technology worked. As they worked they were very respectful and professional towards me and my home. Being from California I am use to the utility companies and it’s workers being very short , dis respectful and un able to answer questions. I enjoyed experiencing the mid west nice first hand. MEI should be very pleased and proud to have these 2 representing MEI.
The kindness didn’t stop after the install. Understanding I am new to the area they recommended places around Michigan I need to visit to see the wonders Michigan holds. I appreciated the down to earth personality Jerry and Jamie displayed. I didn’t feel I was just a customer paying for services but an actual person. I hope this review is shared with them not just MEI leadership. They are truly worth recognizing. Keep being you Jamie and Jerry. Have a blessed one.

Mike Gary and Mike were very professional. They called ahead told us when they would be there. They were on time. They were quick. Clean took off their shoes when they came in. After they installed Our fiber optics asked if there was any questions. I would recommend them highly.

Installation was performed on the day and time stated. House layout made the install a lot more complex than normal but Gary, Mark and Mike worked very well together to make quick work of the problems. Really appreciated how friendly they were and the care they took to keeping the floor clean by removing shoes when they entered the home. Job well done.

Jerry and Jamie were the technicians that installed our MEI Telecom fiber optics within the house and they were very professional and had the installation completed within 30 minutes of arriving on site. Very happy with there professionalism and expertise with getting us up and running on the system.

Mike and Mark put our new box in for our internet today, they were on time, friendly, walked us through the new box ans made sure it was running all through the house, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were good with everything before they left

Gary & Mark were professional and personable. They called ahead to set up our internet and home phone and were good with the dogs and kids being home. They made sure everything worked and even came back to drop off a flyer to assist me with my voicemail set up. Definitely would recommend these guys. Great service install. Thanks guys!
