Excellent service, friendly staff and honest pricing. I had an issue with multiple check engine lights. Called for an appointment and was told to bring it in the following day. Dropped it off the night before and was called the following morning at 8:30a.m. with the quote and diagnosis. My car was fixed by noon. Awesome experience

By far the best experience I've had at any mechanic. The owner is extremely honest and has always made sure everything was right. I had tire blow out. My spare wheel was rusty and caused damage to my wheel studs. Advanced Import Repair had my studs replaced and my truck back on the road in very little time. The parts and labor were very reasonable in today's market. I highly recommend their services.

Wow! Good service, good people and good pricing! Vacationing in St. Joesph we experienced car issues. Not knowing anyone in the area, we called the closest mechanic to where our vehicle broke down. Super nervous that we as “vacationers” would be taken advantage of.
Matt’s Auto Repair didn’t have an opening until after Labor Day but he was kind enough to call John, an acquaintance who owns Advanced Import Repair, in Benton Harbor. Just talking to Matt put us at ease. We felt he was an honest man and we were not wrong! Within an hour of having our car towed to Advanced Import, we were given a very reasonable quote for a new starter and they had it fixed and ready to be pick up by the end of that day!!!!! We can highly recommend this place for anyone local or vacationers who are looking for an honest mechanic and fair pricing! Staff was also extremely friendly and efficient! Can’t say enough good things about the service we got! Thanks John and staff for everything!

Recently our Honda Odyssey broke down on the way to Chicago (from Grand Rapids). We were rescued by Zielke Towing who recommended Advanced Import Repair. Our experience was nothing like you’d expect from an out of town repair shop. These guys went out of their way and made sure we felt like locals, even calling us the next day to make sure we made it home safely. Jon and his team repaired our vehicle quickly and for far less than we anticipated. We highly recommend anyone living in or passing through Benton Harbor use AIR for their vehicle repairs!
