Jay made the whole process seamless and easy for us during a difficult time. He was professional throughout the memorial and worked with us to get the best angles. He knew what he was doing and got amazing footage of our father's military burial ceremony. He was very communicative and kept us updated before and after even with such short notice. We also used his editing service, he did an amazing job capturing the entire ceremony in the video. His pricing is the best in the Valley without sacrificing quality. Jay has been so easy to work with and accommodated our many requests. He empowered our storytellers, from former refugees to older adults, a foster family and a woman who had experienced homelessness. He helped them feel comfortable being on camera and captured beautiful footage. He did everything on schedule and helped us feel included throughout the process in a really positive way.
