I have been with State Farm for a long time and am always very happy with service. I ended up needing a surety bond and State Farn told me it would take 2 weeks, and then they continually did not initiate the process, so it was a never ending 2 weeks. I called around and was told to try Community Insurance for the bond. Both when I called and in person the next day, they were so helpful and efficient. I spoke to a woman on the phone who answered my questions and I met Luis in office to get the bond, which was a very fast process. Luis made it super simple and was very respectful. They certainly made my very stressful situation much less so. Thank you.

Spent 15 mins on the phone with someone getting a quote for a car. Was told to look out for an email with this quote and signing information needed to begin the policy and take the money. Wait a few mins for said email and there’s nothing. So I call back and say my name and that I had just spoken with someone about a quote. The person says nobody here has spoken with you. Person that answers sounded like the person I spoke with both times.
