Bought a rebuild for my pump, it took three weeks to receive the because of lack of communication between service and shipping' After putting new parts in they didn't last 30 sec. and would not replace the parts or give reduced cost on replacement parts. All the Tech. (patrick) keep telling me it was my fault and would not warranty the parts. Do not recommend purchasing GAST pumps when they don't back there products

We are an OEM in the USA and have been using Gast pumps (75R & 87R family) for 15 years. They have been incredibly reliable with over 1,000 units in service with maybe a couple of service issues that most likely are customer caused (no you can't run dirty water through your pump!). We are upgrading to the new Sound Shield technology, which has been a great innovation!

Customer service in the warranty department is terrible. I've been on hold for over an hour regarding a defective pump and have not spoken to one person yet. The website is not providing a chat area or email address either. Not seeing anything good about this company from my own experience.
