I love that there is still a small-town local newspaper to pickup weekly. We always know what is going on at the 3 different board meetings, school information and local events. Not everyone has access to the internet and social media so a true paper is important for the community.

If your looking for a paper that doesn’t do their research before publishing something then this is where you’ll find false information and one sided reporting. Rosemary Otzman is not a professional journalist and editor. She continues to write about on going investigations without doing any creditable research and is simply publishing misleading information. It’s sickening that she can live with herself after writing such fake news. Makes since why the Belleville Independent is free.

Looking for accurate, fair and unbiased reporting? Take it to another newspaper! Rosemary should stick to reporting on the mole problem at St. Anthony Church! Giving this rag 1 star because I can't post the comment without a rating!
