Very proffessional across the board. The crews they hire are efficient and friendly, management is very kind as well. They answer any questions you have and if one person cannot then they know the next best guy. I have dealt with them in the past and have nothing but great things to say. If you call ask for Drew Loomis and he will take care of you.

I have never rented from this company but I'm doing all the work on their buildings that they used to manage and I will tell you that literally every single thing that mdl touched look like crap, was not done right, and I would never trust them to do anything on any property that I had.

It's absolutely disgusting The type of work that these people have done On properties and called it done.
The city of Bay City Inspector laughed when I Told him that MDL Properties managed it prior. So no I would not rent or buy any property from mdl unless you have had an extensive inspection performed prior.

From every single thing that I've seen done by this company they should not be in the business of property management

Legal scumbags. Scammed my parents of 500 dollars, they don't disclose important information until you pay them, then they claim they didn't have to tell you anything because you didn't ask and you are just out of money, no returns.

All the reviews seem fake so here is a real one: They have up'd the rent by over $250 which is now way more than $1/sqft. This has already caused numerous people to vacate across all the buildings. They also include ridiculous fees just to pay your rent and do a month to month lease. Alongside, they have taken perfectly good washers and dryers and replaced them with new ones that cost almost double to use. Many maintenance requests have gone unfullfilled. They care about money, not you. This has been a horrible experience transitioning from a landlord that cares about you to this company. UPDATE: The basement in the apartment building keeps flooding as well. They will not address the issue and only clean up after the water has found it's was somewhere else. Remember, they are expecting you to pay $800+ a month for a 550 sq/ft apartment that they do nothing about when it floods.
