Please do not use the postal office. I had a package go through here that was "pending acceptance" for 12 days. Could not get through to ANY worker, nor did anyone contact me back. I then seen everyone else's reviews about this facility so i decided to contact the company that was sending me my items. They then informed me that after the 12th day of it saying "pending acceptance" it was listed as lost. This postal office should definitely be investigated and shut down! It's clear their employees are stealing packages and getting away with it!! Please if you can avoid it, do not use this postal office!

Terrible!!! How is this place still open? This place needs to be investigated to see where all peoples missing packages are going! So many packages have disappeared and nobody questions where they are going?!! I have lost many packages after this facility ended up with them. My package has been there for over 10 days now with no movement. Not the first time. Last package disappeared and never was found. I am filing a complaint and pushing for an investigation to be underway. I encourage everyone to do the same.

This post office isn't any good!! I keep checking to see where my package is and it's still sitting at this post office for 8 days now!!
I live in Saginaw, MI all my life and it isn't that far.... I should have had it 6 days ago!!

My medication never arrived. I called the pharmacy and they said that they received a notice my medication was being returned to them noting wrong address.
I have been receiving medication at this address for four months now and for four months in early 2024.
Have tried calling 16 times today and just go straight to operator then I’m disconnected after about six rings.
Looked on USPS, website tracked package and a notice said delivered to different address. Why!!! I’ve dealt with this post office over the years and really never an issue but ever since DeJoy became Post master general NOTHING BUT ISSUES!!!
So for the people who are having problems you can probably trace it back to when DeJoy was appointed PMG

I’ve had 4 packages go missing at this location. 4 different sellers shipping 4 different packages and every single time I see my tracking at this location I just know it won’t be delivered. They should really be put under investigation and all of these packages being lost would likely be found or stop going missing at the very least.

I didn't realize so many people has the same issue Im currently dealing with. My package says acceptance of package pending for over a week. I filled a claim and someone called the next day. She stated she will call back in 24 hrs and it has been 72 & I haven't heard anything. I made several calls to report this post office. No one answers the phone. I called usps office inspection general and Postal regulatory commission. Sad I can't report them because no one wants to answer the phone. I keep getting pre recorded messages. No option to speak with a representative. Thats because they know all their workers SUCK‼️ and they want to avoid the issues. My next move is to get Local News involved. This is ridiculous and unacceptable 👎

I think I've found what is possibly the worst post office in the country. I live out of state and ordered an item I need to help manage a chronic health condition from a company located in Romulus, MI. According to USPS tracking, the package arrived at this facility over two weeks ago and still shows an "acceptance pending" status with no updates at all. What on earth is going on at this facility? Is this just an adult daycare center where the workers just sleep all day? I'm genuinely curious because my experience appears to be consistent with most of the other reviewers. This is absolutely ridiculous.
