Ive recorded in a few studios (back in Chicago) and locally. With North Heart Recoding, I’ve recorded and mixed singles, EP’s, and music video with Tyler over the past year or so, and he has been very professional and efficient. He keeps up meticulously with the current recording engineering trends and is a talented musician himself creating quality mixes with very fair pricing. AND most important, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, he follows through on the project and easy to work with.

Awesome person to work with!! This was my first serious experience I’ve had in a studio. When going in for the first time, me being a beginner, Tyler was very helpful with showing me the basics and beginning steps to getting started! I’m now working on my third song with him, and with his help, progress is being made! If you are just started off, and not knowing where to start, Tyler’s the one to go to! He’s very well experienced, and will get the Job done!

I have had a great experience and continue to have a great experience with this studio. We are working on recording a whole album and I have been very pleased with the end result of each of the songs as we have worked on recording and mixing each one. The work that is done in this studio is quality work and Tyler is willing to work with you according to what your needs are for recording. Hi this is JJ Michele’s old man. This post is about my experience with North Heart Recording Studio
First let me say, the studio is a nice professional atmosphere. The equipment is very impressive and the real show is what he can do with it. I was impressed with the time he took with each instrument and how he achieved the quality of sounds from it, for the over all mix. He not only filled in where my inexperienced left off , but he listened to me when I wanted something a certain way. Having him mix my CD was the right move. He took the project from the mix to the mastering. And when I had trouble with the company that made the first round of CD”s wrong and wanted to charge me more to fix their own mistakes, he got them to redo their work, with no charge to me.

If you ever heard of songs by the local artist ‘cloudboy’ that’s me.. & all the latest stuff is mixed/mastered through north heart recording studio by the engineer himself, Tyler Rifley.
