I’m extremely pleased with Beth, not only was the problem fixed but not once did you try to place me on hold or brush off any of my concerns. She was extremely helpful and transparent, walking me through all the necessary steps needed to fix our issue. In my years dealing with on call support never have I been so pleased and satisfied with someone’s assistance. Beth I want you to know that although my issue seemed small it was extremely huge for our business and I’m extremely grateful, thank you so much.!

We were customers for 10 years. When we starting having issues streaming music we called and spoke with customer service 4 times. After hearing how it is our internet that is the problem and how they wouldn't just exchange out the radio receiver. So the 4th phone call was our cancelation.

I don't know where to start with this company. The fact that they send you refurbish equipment at new equipment prices.
They send you an indoor antenna and not the professional outdoor antenna.
They underpay their installers but overcharge the customer.
If you cancel your service, you will still get billed.
The support staff sound like they are overworked and underpaid. You're not allowed to talk to your sales rep unless you're adding another radio. All issues HAVE to go through support who only have so much power.
The owners of the company are shady and do not know the first thing about customer service or taking care of their staff which is why it's a revolving door with their support staff.
Save yourself the trouble and just get Spotify for business.

We've been using one account for two different services and it worked great for months. All of a sudden the service at one location stopped working and when we contacted Dynamic Media they asked us to complete a checklist for OUR internet network. We completed the checklist and Dynamic Media advised that we send in our Brew box. We paid for shipping and Dynamic Media stated that the box was functioning and we have a network issue, although our IT completed the network checklist from Dynamic Media. I have spoken with multiple agents from customer service and haven't been able to reach a reasonable solution. Dynamic media is asking us to pay ONCE AGAIN for shipping on a new device or charge us a early termination fee for our service.

no no no....just no. I had them in the gym I own for 2-3 yrs. Service frequently went out, customer service was deplorable. Not only did they have no idea what they were doing, but they were actually very RUDE on top of it! We have Rockbot now and LOVE it.

Terrible customer service. I spoke with Bethany 2X, and this woman has zero gratitude. She would end the call even if you were still talking and did not know how to say thank you, even if you, on the other side, are trying to be friendly and cordial.
The same with her colleague Telisha (not too sure what’s her name). I have had difficulty understanding her because of her accent, and she doesn't speak up; her voice is so soft I can hardly hear and she’s eating her every word. But this woman is rude, she does not know how to listen and she interrupts. Even if you say, 'can you repeat that please' she always sounds irritated.
The information they were giving was always wrong.
Then, we were charged double.
Customer service seems really lazy to investigate and give you the correct info.
Avoid this company and save yourself from stress dealing with these people.

I purchased a xm receiver from them and a amplifier and speakers. I had my Electrcian install everything and after a couple days of everything working fine, all of a sudden no music and the receiver started giving me error messages. I have called a total of 5 times to tech support. I typically talk to a women who has a major attitude and NEVER follows up and nobody calls me back. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me they can’t help me. Absolutely awful customer service and I WOULD NEVER USE THEM. No music for over two weeks now and they still billed me the beginning of April. I will be calling my credit card company and letting them handle it. AWFUL SERVICE!
