Cell service isn't dependable, landlines never stay connected, and internet goes out for everyone AT LEAST twice a month. Unfortunately CVT has the monopoly so theres no where else to go.

Ridiculous! Charged early contract termination fees, but I haven't had a contract in 6 years. Deleted my online billing account so they can charge late fees. Have called 3 times in last 3 months to get paper billing since their "Smart Hub" never works and still cant get a bill. Use Verizon and forget this typical Alaskan business. Sick of being treated like it's a privilege to be their customer.
