We did a $6k retainer for 2 3-5 page sites and 1 landing page and services. Scope of work contract states 15 days for a completed website, 38 days go by and no product. I threatened to pull my money back from PayPal and like magic they had a “decent” website ready to review in 3 days. They are lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. The original $6k transaction was the largest deposit they ever received considering I was asked by Shane Dennis, the owner, to jump on a call with PayPal to release the funds to his personal account. That in itself felt out of line. I currently am submitting my case to AAA and filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel like I was sold a bag of hot garbage for service. If you want similar service to what we received, feel free to use them. Definitely 1 star if that.
