WARNING - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I worked with Randy to print obituaries for my brother's memorial service. I was communicating via email initially. However, I wanted to ensure that the card stock they were going to use was to my liking, so I went to the shop. Randy assured me that my order would be completed on time and to my specifications.
When I arrived to pick up the programs, Randy said their printer broke down and that they were unable to add the glossy finish to the front and back pages of the program. My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 am and the service was at 10:30 am. I took the programs as is. I followed up a few days later to ask if he would print the thank you notes, pro bono, since they had not completed my previous order to my satisfaction. He said they would give me a 25% discount. I asked for a 25% refund on my previous order. He told me he could not offer a refund, because I had "used the programs." I told him I had no other choice but to use those programs. I asked him if I could talk to the owner. He told me he was not at liberty to tell me the name of the owner.
How could someone take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state and not try to figure out a way to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction? Did the machine really break down or did Randy lie?
WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM PRINTBOYS in Auburn Hills, MI. THE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!
They will take advantage of you and then blame you for their poor workmanship.
I will NEVER use Printboys again.

THE RESPONSE from the owner......WHAT A JOKE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. The focus is on attempting to be "right" instead of "making it right." If you could not complete the "rush" job, then don't take on the job.

Printboys digital printing did a amazing job on my son’s business cards on such a short notice. They went above and beyond to get them to him on time for the convention he was attending. They shipped them to our hotel and the cards actually arrived before we did. Friendly Staff and will definitely use there services again. A+

I needed to create a poster board for Wellness Enhancement, my Healing Touch practice.
Pamela Palmer was so helpful in giving me suggestions on how to make it easier to read and to
have things pop out to draw attention to what I had written.

I created the project on PowerPoint and e-mailed it to them. The finished project was so professional
