One star is more than they deserve. I just moved and called them a week ago to install service. They said it would be "installed soon". Never heard anything so I called again today to follow up. They said my area isn't serviceable, when the people living there literally used them as their internet provider and so do my neighbors since they are the only option... how does that make any sense? Also the fact they were just gonna never contact me to tell me that and I had to call to get that information is unprofessional.

The worst internet provider that you can waste money on...

I am a little tech savvy and I know how dsl works, that being said I was promised up to 8 megs. What did I get? Less than 1, when it wants to work at all. They've made promises to help in any way they could. I've seriously have gone days without service. No refunds, no help. A service tech came out and looked at our lines replaced the modem 3 times and nothing... The owner of the company will not return my calls, won't speak to me at all in fact, instead he puts a nice lady on the phone so he can sit back and steal some more money. Horrible company. Do not use them even in desperate times. They will let you down

No customer support at all they just test your equipment when you bring it in and tell you it's good and send you home only to find out it still don't work not a good place at all
