This has been my go-to groomer for the last five years but they’ve lost their touch. My pup was half groomed after one visit; literally her back end was groomed but not her front. I figured it was a fluke and gave them another chance. The next visit was better but the groomer didn’t follow my request with how I like my pups head shape. On my last visit, the groomer told me that I didn’t want what I was asking for and still didn’t follow my request. I’ve had her groomed at least 50 times so I’m pretty familiar with how I want her to look.

UPDATE: The owner called me within an hour of posting this. She reviewed my account in order to provide feedback to the groomer, and offered to set me up with a seasoned employee for my next visit. Arlene, the owner, is genuinely concerned about my experience and wants to do what is needed to keep me as a long-time customer.

I took her up on the offer and am pleased I did. The groomer was lovely to work with, she listened to my request and then repeated it back to me to ensure we were on the same page. I'm very pleased with how my pup looks and my experience on my last visit.

I will certainly continue being a customer at Spoiled Petz. I greatly appreciate how they took the time and care to improve my experience. Thank you!!

5.5 hours of pure hell for our dogs. I’m sure others have better experiences but this was ours. Our 3.5 pound teacup Maltese sat in her own urine and feces for hours. We will never go back no matter how much we want to support a local business. We will find another local outfit that will take care of our babies. If you have a small dog I would suggest looking elsewhere. ?

I brought my dog in and asked them to clip her nails, trim her short, and extract her glands. They were an hour and a half late getting her done and none of them were finished. Then I tried to give them one more chance called again to make an appointment and no response. Monica the last gal said she owned her own shop but see why it’s no longer in business. I’ll drive to Reno Petco where they are very professional.

We’ve been happy customers since 2015. Our Scottie gets a full groom here 2-3 times a year. Love the ease of making an appointment via text messages and a general friendly atmosphere of this shop. Don’t forget to bring your pet’s rabies vaccination proof especially if you’re a first time customer.

Worst grooming place I have ever been. They chose to decide not to work with my German Shepherd because they have no clue how to work with an anxious pet. I have taken her to several other groomers and have not had any issues with anyone working on her. If you can't handle dealing with anxious animals you should probably be in a different business.
