let me start with the positive and work my way to the negative...
pc was dropped off ( December14th of 2024 ) mind you I understand that the business is busy don't get me wrong they are primarily a camera and network company. and they need more then one person running the inhouse affairs it is to overwhelming for one person to handle. but this has been one of the most frustrating things I been through. and the owner needs to hire more staff!!!! (PELEASE REMEBER THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE)
let me start by saying:
#1: There are good at ordering stuff and figuring out what wrong with programs and fixing small stuff don't get me wrong i've seen plenty of quick fixes on phones and computer fixes that went pretty smoothly and quickly. They are open from 10 am to 4 pm monday to friday without fail and the face of the company is very friendly. she will also let you bring your pc in to build it with her. and she does return calls and e-mails to the best of her abilities but that's where the new issues began. It became the " PC Retrieval Gauntlet" for me!

#2:NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AGAIN.
I never got to meet the owner for some reason or another but he decided to build my PC which i hear is kind of an honor. I asked for a photo of my completed PC but, I still never got one. which made me kinda sad it was just so i could have idea of what i was looking forword too. I Paid the price of the full bill early and have a receipt!
They told me it was completed Feb 10th. I have yet to get my PC back. I even tried to set up an easy place to drop it off with my father at work would of only took 5-10 mins of their time while driving past heading to another job out Us23 and F41.
I was told that a big client was their focus but, when u set up multiple times to pick up or drop off someones property or say that your going drop it off u should honor those promises. . I called 3 times to my father at his place of business and nothing. No call no show. I want to give this company benefit of the doubt but It's getting more difficult. I even tried to meet up with them after they finished work. I waited in town at a pre appointed time and place in town and waited till 3 am . No call no show.
Another time the owner was too busy to make an appointment that was at 10 A.M and he got mad cause I the client was no longer there at 10 pm! I spent 10 hours from 10 am when the company opened to 8pm way past closing time waitting on my day off to get my computer. I went home disappointed .I was told the owner would unlock the store around 7ish and I would get a call when he was on his way..it never happened.

i hope they can straighten this out. I don't want to get the Authorities involved if I don't need to. I have done nothing but, work with the owner and their employee to retrieve my already paid for PC. Which has a water cooled tower and has been in the employees car in freezing cold weather. I pray my PC is not broken even before I get it back. Looking forward to getting this resolved and my PC back and working.

What a nightmare !!!!... my daughter brought her computer to Tier 4 for some upgrades about 6 weeks ago, and still hasen't gotten her computer upgraded or returned. Even though she paid for the upgrades, Numerous visits to the office, promised meet-ups and demands for her computer to be returned, finished or not, she sits without her gaming computer. I guess the next step is to involve either the police or lawyers. your move Tier 4>

Extremely incompetent worker. We took a gaming laptop here to get the screen fixed, and we waited over a week. Over this week period, she ordered the wrong screen TWICE. We had to pick it up today whether or not it’s fixed because winter break is ending soon, and she told us she put the computer back together but didn’t check. When we got home, the screen no longer lit up, so we have to get it repaired at another place. A week of waiting wasted. I do not recommend this place if you’re getting anything beyond a basic device.

The ladies there are so very nice,very very friendly and are very knowledgeable!
I took my chromebook there to be repaired. I thought it needed to have a exorcism because it was possessed. It wasn't possessed it just needed a new cable in it. They had to hunt one down they found one fixed it and it's better then brand new. Tier4 is my new go to computer store.
I highly recommend them for any and all of your computer needs! I thought it would be pretty expensive but it wasn't. If they had 10 stars that's what I'd give them! I am truly 100% satisfied with them and their work!

He fixed my phone so quickly! headphone jack broke off inside my phone and he got it out and my phone works perfectly again! Thank you for being kind and patient! Definitely coming back for my laptop repairs! Very reasonably priced and amazing costumer service!!
