I called to ask some general questions and whomever answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me the 1st and 2nd time. I called the 2nd time since I figured the first call dropped, she immediately advised me that I was calling on a recorded line and then continued by saying "now what do you want". I was looking for a company to invest a large amount into for advertising and promoting my new non for profit. Based off of two phone calls that were shocking and quite unprofessional not only do I feel like this company is a joke I also did some digging around and asked around the community to find out some very interesting facts about the owner that shall not be named but can easily be found. Not only would I NOT recommend this company, I would highly suggest they give their employees basic customer service classes or training.
