I’ve come here and it’s always either great or absolutely awful , but for the most of it the attitude of all but one the women here is very HATEFUL .of most of the women who work here have they are extremely passive aggressive , rude and dismissive , they don’t want to help because they hate to see another woman look good . I go to the store on west side and they HELP ! They have respect ! kindly , answering my questions.
I can’t tell you how many times I have come in here exited to get a wig and left with it feeling sad because they are so MEAN ! Today was my LAST straw I’ve come here for years and y’all are absolutely disgusting to your customers who support your business, I come here because I don’t wanna wait on my Amazon orders because y’all are local but the wigs are to stiff anyways and ima just run the extra mile and keep a smile on my face ! I even heard them complain people going elsewhere !!! Well maybe look to yourself because your attitude is absolutely horrible. As someone who is suffering with hair loss after having a baby I don’t need someone to sit and add to stress and make me feel bad about myself when I need help with something I am struggling with

Im a regular, I love the owner and the service is great. However, considering this being the best location for beauty supplies in Modesto. I am very disappointed that the store is often closing earlier than the stated times.. Right now it is 6:30 on Thursday and I wasted gas and cant get the supplies I require due to the store being closed early. This is not the fisrt time I have pulled up before close and couldn't be serviced due to early closing. Whoever is closing needs to do better or the closing times should be changed if this particular employee is allowed to do so.

Always a pleasure the owner and the employees are always amazing with the customer service and there seem to always be in stock with everything since moving back to Modesto I would definitely recommend this place is at 10 out of 10 ?☺️

I could go on and on about this shop but I'm going to try and keep it very simple and not as personal as it feels right now. I have visited this store about half a dozen times and have spent a minimum of $4,000 with my visits. In other words I spend a lot of money when I go there and feel like I should be treated respectfully and with patience when I might have questions or concerns. I'm a beginner in wig making however I am a veteran in cosmetology and hair styling. I have a learning curve in respect to weaves and wigs and admittedly, sometimes need advice which is solicited, but never offered or reciprocated. From the moment I walk in her store she tells me not to touch things not to remove anything off the wall hooks and not to have too many things in my arms. She mainly talks on the phone the whole time she's standing there next to me saying God knows what... She isn't trying to be helpful Don't get me wrong. She's there to tell me what not to do and to rush me along so she can get to her real customers. Today she actually referred to me as a person who was taking too much time and accused me of making making her customers wait to be rung up! I had over $400 on the counter that I planned to purchase but she kept sighing in a very disgruntled way and kept telling her other customers that she would be right with them soon as she was done with me. Nobody seemed to be waiting and nobody was rushed ...except her. I finally asked her why she was so rude to me every time I came in.
Her response was blunt and unfiltered. It was obvious she didn't care if she hurt my feelings or not. She told me it's because of how long you stay here and what you put us through."
What the heck?! I know she didn't remember me for my visit 2 years ago so how could she even make a statement stormed out without buying a single itemnted I shop for about 45 minutes but I never leave things on the counter or the floor or failed to return 9something to its rightful place if I change my mind. I think that's pretty standard shopping behavior. Maybe I'm wrong? But I can't get past the feeling of anxiety and fear of being disliked and hurried every time I go there. Today I left without buying a single item. She didn't care at all and said bye! I will never go back there again. Her wigs and hair are mediocre and her responses to any questions or sometimes completely wrong information. Almost like she was trying to set me up for failure. Word of warning if you're not one of her people who speaks her language, don't try shopping there and think you're going to have a pleasant or successful shopping experience no matter how much money you spend.

I used to like it here, enjoyed shopping here as a regular customer, now eh .. overpriced, things never stocked and bad customer service. They really make you feel belittled. You all come off as woman haters.

Bad Service asked for a refund. The owner refused so I left the product there took a picture and I’m going to my credit card and cancel this transaction. She was very rude service was lousy I recommend You don’t shop there I’ll never to shop there again. I am assuming she was the owner, but she was a very rude lady

I started shopping here 2015 and the owner is super cool and has my hair right every time and even cute wigs for a quick night out. But since 2019 a slimmer tall girl worker is so much attitude and always no this or that. Just not good place to get hair/products anymore... Sad if the owner sees this I miss your service.
