We stayed in one of their annexed rooms a couple of hundred meters from the main reception. The room was spotless, cleaned every day and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and it was a real treat to eat on the waters edge each day. We also ate in their excellent restaurant several evenings and again on the water front.|What really made our stay was the excellent staff. They were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and those in the reception were very helpful, polite and professional. |We took 2 of their trips which we really enjoyed and were so lucky to have Pedja as our guide and driver on both the trips. Thank you Pedja for all your kindness and showing us your beautiful country.

The apartment was huge for 4 of us, luxurious with small private terrace and a small balcony with a great view over the entrance to the inner bay so exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom etc. View of the Bay was stunning. Staff we super friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was one of the best in terms quality and variety and especially the location sitting outside right on the waterfront - stunning! Evening meal in the hotel restaurant too was a a great and memorable experience. Parking worked out fine even in August. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Both this hotel and Perast make for a stay that feels stylish and upmarket, yet casual. ||We took a two bedroom balcony room in the Annex with the swimming pool. The view was fabulous, over a lovely curve of Perast's building with the hills and mountains over the bay. The small village with the church half way up the opposite hillside is a particular delight of the view.||The balcony is small though and there is no shade until the sun disappeared behind the building at around 5-something pm. If all 4 of us wanted to sit out there at one time it wouldn't have been easy. Luckily the kids weren't bothered about sitting on it. Sometimes we sat out together in the shade in the common seating area underneath the balcony.||The aircon in both the main room and the second bedroom was very powerful, it was always very cool in the room.||We didn't find the stairs a problem - the staff will help you bring bags up and down, and the walk to a lovely breakfast by the waterfront wasn't a hardship either. Plenty of fish to look at whilst you eat. If you really want, you can use the hotel app and the wifi to ask for a golf buggy to collect you.||Swimming pool also has a lovely view, and was nice and warm whilst still being refreshing. On the first night there was a bit of a wasp problem, but I'm not sure what they did because they disappeared for the rest of our stay! Drinks are available poolside at prices slightly higher than the mini-bar fridge in your room.||Staff were helpful and responsive via the app. ||We would love the opportunity to stay here and visit Perast again.

Best restaurant in Perast. Superb food, location and service. Octopus was very well cooked with a sauce of honey and walnuts, seafood risotto and prawns with black risotto were very delicious, as well as fish pate and soup. Location has a view on the two island in Perast, which makes this terrace very beautiful and cosy. It is recommended to make reservation because place is always full during the lunch time. Big recommendation for this place, when you are in Perast you should not skip it.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in a Jr Suite and had plenty of room to relax. Clean and attractive. Breakfast was a buffet with many cold and hot items to choose from. We also thought the restaurant was delicious and had lunch and dinner there. Best Greek salad with flavorful veg. Fresh fish with grilled veg - yum! |Perast is a small pretty town on the sea. We spent an afternoon at the Pirate’s beach club. Fun. Also drove to Kotor but it was a bit too touristic and crowded for our liking.

I'm just reviewing the restaurant. It comes highly recommended by our local guide, something about being highly rated in TripAdvisor. We sat across the hotel by the water. While we had to battle against a horde of flies during our meal, the view of the bay couldn't be beat. It is a must visit if you're hungry during your trip to Perast.

My seafood platter came with shrimp scampi, grilled calamari and octopus tentacles, with squid ink risotto on the side. The risotto was dry and crunchy, and the tentacles were slightly overcooked, but the scampi was very tasty, and the squid was perfectly grilled. The star of the meal was the seafood pasta, though. It came with generous helping of clams, making every bite enjoyable. The dish was simple, straightforward, and delicious.

The food was OK… only for the table cover it cots almost 2€ for each person, the flavor of the chocolate milk was exactly like the chocolate yogurt they sell in the supermarket but warmed up. And I asked for a glass of water and it was straight tap water that I couldn’t even drink.

The service was great. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality. The risotto was crunchy, and the oysters were 5 euro a piece... you can go to other places in the area and get oysters for 2.50 a piece. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, and the service was great. But... 150 Euro for a dinner for two people is insane.
