We waited in town on the wait list for 3 hours for my son to get a haircut. The haircut itself took about 5 minutes and I can’t believe that woman cuts hair for a living. There’s chunks gone. Nothing is even. He’s going straight to another place tomorrow to get it fixed because he’s too embarrassed to go to school like that and honestly I don’t blame him.

Showed the girl a picture if the way I wanted my hair apparently she just glanced didn't listen at all. Tired of pretend bueticians if you don't want to cut hair don't do it. Chop shop

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for cut and color. The girl told me 15-20 minutes. Each of the girls working took one customer for a cut. It was clear each was piddling hoping the other would get done first so they didn’t have to do me. When Alexis finally finished a fella came in and she asked if he had a preference. He said her. She told him it would be a few minutes. I thought okay she’s going to put color on my hair and cut his while mine processes. Nope she let him buck the line and took him first. I’m d already been waiting 25 minutes at this point. No thank you I left. If you’re going to give preference to guys that walk in post it. Very unprofessional.

Kloyi is amazing! Definitely recommend her to anyone with a hard cut & color. She got my hair bright red with out bleaching & was so understanding with anything I asked! Will come back & will request her!
