As a long-time purchaser of embroidered clothing, screenprinted clothing and promotional items for over 10 years and many, many events, I can vouch for the attention to detail and work ethic of those at Idlebrook, in particular, Doug B. When I was first looking for a promo company, I wanted one where they did the screen printing and embroidery on-site; doing the work on-site makes a world of difference in the finished item. Most promo companies send out the embroidery and screenprinting to third-party vendors (and not even the same vendor each time) and they have no control over the quality, whereas Idlebrook can verify the quality control as the item is being embroidered or printed. This is the kind of standard that is needed for corporate wear, and corporate use. When first vetting Idlebrook, I asked to visit their shop, they welcomed my visit and took the time to explain their various processes. Their quality, attention to detail and responsiveness easily earn them Five Stars.

Contacted these folks on a recommendation of a good friend of mine. I called and a young lady asked me what I was wanting to purchase. After taking 8-10 minutes explaining to her what I needed, she told she had to transfer me to someone else. Then after waiting for ten minutes for someone to pick up my call, I assumed they were too busy to take my call or my business. Too bad as I have heard good things about this firm.

Beware of this eBay seller that has a no return policy even on items where they publish a sizing guide and that guide is not accurate. Bought an ankle brace and it flat out does not fit even though it clearly states 7-9 shoe size. $25 straight in the garbage. What a terrible way to do business.
