E & C creations is The wonderful shop a step above the rest I pre-ordered a special family outing ornament. It came in before it was promised. It was package perfect, and shipped. Well although there was small damage in it, the owner of the shop made it. Wright gave me credit for another ornament gave me another $20 credit on top of it and I’ve got a few ornaments order pre-order and plan to order many more from this shop. Very happy with them very easy to deal with.

I came to E&C Creations specifically for Dept 56 Grinch village pieces. As I live in Australia it is very hard to get ahold of and sadly most of the time comes broken! I have just received several pieces from E&C and cannot fault the service! Customer service from Pre-order, payment options, shipping prices and packaging all exceeded my expectations! We pre- ordered several 2023 Heartfully Yours Christmas ornaments from this awesome company and they have started to arrive with perfect packaging! The owner also came through with finding us a very scarce ornament that was in limited production!
