Dr. Dan p conte, III, D.O whom is the First doctor I’ve ever seen in New Jersey that has excellent bedside manner, empathetic, and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to many neurologist, pain medicine, primary’s and the list goes on and never have I had a physician that actually cares he tops every specialty in my eyes . I have MS and Fibromyalgia Iam in pain everyday for the last year and change along with neck and back pain and I must say I drive almost an hour each visit and will continue because he’s simply worth the troop lol give him a shot guys you won’t be disappointed! And Leslie you don’t go unnoticed you’re awesome as well !

I have been going to this place since I was little. After college I haven’t been there in 9 years. I went back today. I have to say I am happy with my visit. Dr. Kenneth is great doctor always caring and sweet. The staff is good and I got out of there fine. I would recommend anyone to go there. These brother doctors have years of experience and are great. Only thing is they do not accept cc for co pay and wait time was a but long but nothing unusual. 🙂 the pharmacist is great too! Marlin is very helpful. Very happy to have gone back after such a long time.

Dr. Ken and Dan are great doctors but they need to do something about the girls running / ruining their office. You'll have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Then they're overbooked so your 2:15 becomes a 4:30. They know your medical history and tell you that you don't need an appointment for a referral. So I spoke with Jennifer, she tells me I need to make an appointment for a referral. I made the only appointment available for 3 weeks later. Something comes up so I cancel and Angelika tells me I do not need an appointment for a referral and it will be ready the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no referral. I call and speak with Angelika. She states that it's still on Rita's desk and will be ready promptly by the end of the week. I stay patient and call on Friday. Could not get through to speak with anyone and forget to call back till the following week. Called today, spoke with Angelika again and she tells me Rita won't give me the referral because it's been awhile since my last visit. Finally my patience runs out. Thank you girls for wasting 3-4 weeks of my life causing me to suffer in pain because you all cannot get organized. I would never wish the service you give on anyone including yourself. I just hope you can all do better than you are doing some day.

Update: Found a new doctors office and got a referral the same day, was not even charged a copay that the girls at Dr. Conte's office was trying to have me pay. Now that I think of it, maybe they just wanted my money.

Dr conte is very sweet and concerned, however, should not be in practice any longer at his age, I'm sorry to say. My reason for 2 stars is because one of the staff has her two children running around the office which I guess is okay but they need to be taught not to go into patients rooms while they're with the doctor. Privacy much?

Please if you value your time, health, and sanity, you will go elsewhere. The staff is incompetent and useless at best. The office is chaotic. They do not care about wasting your time. They will make you wait a ridiculous amount of hours and then forget you when it is convenient. Find a different doctor because obviously this office is a problem for many people, and the doctor hasn't cared to change his staff. You will get better service and quality of care at a clinic.

Had appt in March to refill my BP pills. Got to office and was told Dr Ken out with pneumonia. No one called me to reschedule. Made new appt for next week. Showed up again, Dr Ken still sick. AGAIN no one called me to reschedule. I am now COMPLETLY out of my meds. Told wld hv to wait to see doctor. Made 3rd appt for next week. Called to confirm appt told Dr Ken still sick and only he can okay refills and not to keep bothering them with calls they will call me when he returns. So after 3 weeks with no BP meds checked my insurance company's doctors' listings and found Dr. Carl Renner, Terrific doctor, with an efficient staff. Made an appt for 10:30am; with new patient paperwork, weigh in, BP check, EKG, blood work and meeting with Dr. Renner I was in and out in 45 minutes!👍 ALSO didn't have to wait 2 days for staff to call in my prescriptions.

Horrible. Not sure if I'm reviewing the correct Doctor but the office people are just horrible. Had an appointment then got a voicemail asking if I could come in on a different date. Called right back but went to voicemail. Forgot to call back since they never mentioned canceling. Go in, it was cancelled. Scheduled a new date, receptionist forgot to put it in. Dr said they call me in a week or two with my blood work results, never. Called them a month later, on hold for 5 minutes. Called back an hour later during their business hours, voicemail.

Dr. Conte is great but the staff that he has are very unprofessional,very rude, unorganized. They don’t know how to schedule patients they over book which leaves you waiting almost two hours past your scheduled appt, not to mention if you miss your appt and try to reschedule they don’t even try to work with you. He needs to get rid of these little girls he has working for him and get grown professional women.
