I recently bought an electric vehicle from Cadillac Freeport, and I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. As someone who works in sales—selling kitchen cabinets—I usually find car shopping to be a nightmare because of pushy salespeople. I was a bit nervous going in, but Frankie completely changed my perspective.

He’s not your typical car salesman—he’s sincere, honest, and never tried to upsell anything. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Frankie truly knows the ins and outs of the cars he sells, and his customer service was exceptional.

This is the 11th car I’ve purchased from a dealership, and hands down, this has been my best experience. I’m extremely happy with my car, and I highly recommend Frankie to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant car-buying experience!

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership, thanks to my incredible salesman, Jimmy. I was torn between two cars and test drove them both TWICE. There were so many features and levels and Jimmy patiently ran over 7 different quotes for me without ever rushing me. Finally, the finance process was stress-free, thanks to Omar, who was friendly, thorough, and transparent. In past experiences it always feels like the final song and dance where they try to upsell you, but I never once felt like I was being “sold” anything and it was a quick process.

I can’t recommend this dealership enough! They’re honest, professional, no nonsense and treat you like family. I can’t wait to return for my next Cadillac!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my family and I had at this dealership. We walked in ready to order a Premium Luxury Platinum ESV, but not a single associate greeted us or offered assistance. I made eye contact with three different associates—one even walked right past us—but none of them bothered to acknowledge us. The showroom was completely empty with no other customers around, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this lack of service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when considering the level of purchase we were ready to make. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

What a scam they are running. We where communicating with Allie Hughes at Paul Conte on 1/31/2025. We where interested in a xt5 that was available on there website. She said it was available and even made a appointment to see it on 2/1/2025. When we arrived we were informed on the 29th!
What a waste of our time! The manager Frank had nothing to say. Don't buy from them!!! Horrible customer service!!!
UPDATE still showing vehicle available after speaking to the manager. I guess he's in on the game of wasting buyers time!

Amazing service!!! Ask for Jimmy! He handled everything very well and patiently answered all of our questions. I traded in a Gand Cherokee. The transition was very smooth and quick.

Great experience at Paul Conti Cadillac. Sadly my vehicle was totaled. The manager Frank and salesperson Jimmy were wonderful. Answered all my questions thoughtfully and treated me great. Got me into an XT4 which I love. Best part is they gave me a cheesecake afterwords!!! Thanks so much to all the staff at Paul Conti Cadillac.
