Vichelle was amazing. I don’t usually talk to the people who show up at my door but she was really nice and welcoming and we were so excited when we found out she was coming to offer us fiber because we had been WAITING for it to come to our neighborhood. She explained everything perfectly and her trainee Marquis did so so well also.

Corey and Marie well amazing!!!!! They were able to answer all my questions with clarity and offered services that I didn't know I needed. Overall, I am glad they knocked on my door. We only had Xfinity as an option until now!!!! Thank you guys!
