I can't believe these people are still in business. I ordered my notary stamp at the beginning of the month and they told me that it would be available by the 15. I called a week later to get a price and the guy didn't know anything and told me he would call me back. I never received a call back. Today the 16th, I called to check to see if it was ready and to get a price. Needless to say, they didn't even place the order and said that I would have to wait another week before it was available. The guy did apologize however it didn't make it okay nor did he discount it. The owner is an excellent designer with a keen eye for detail. I had a very tight deadline for a restaurant opening, and needed a complex menu printed with a complex layout, custom graphics with art that I supplied, and needed both color and black and white versions printed. I was able to come in with a rough printout with multiple changes, and a large list of modifications that my client wanted ready with short notice and only a few hours to work with before the final printed version had to be picked up. Working from handwritten notes and multiple revision specifications that were communicated with arrows and scribbled directions that were (in some cases) just crude scratch-outs and highly abbreviated directions that were barely legible markings made in Sharpie marker, miracles were worked. A flurry of emails back and forth over an hour resulted in exactly what I had envisioned-and, he did the impossible by having the final prints ready five hours early. When I went to pay for the final product, the quote was so low that I thought that he had only finished half of my order-but he had done it all, and upgraded the paper to something much sleeker than the lower-grade choice that fit my limited budget. I was blown away at the level of professionalism and artistic skill shown in the final product-the finalized menu looked better than anything I had seen come out of the major design house I had removed from my vendor list because their cost was too high...plus, I was given a digital copy of my file for free, and was charged no fee to do the initial digital setup and layout. I found this place by accident because the printing company recommended to me did not answer their phone, and as a result had the best experience I have ever had with a graphics company. The attention to detail and personal service sets a new standard, in my eyes, that will be pretty much impossible to surpass.
