Have stayed here for two nights. So far so good. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space at the city offered parking lot at reasonable price, adjacent to the hotel. Very good location at the downtown of Greenville.
Parking garage photos added. Just adjacent to the hotel. You can even walk there in the raining morning without getting wet. Price is so lovely.

The location is great. Loved walking out of the hotel into the center of town. The rooms were fine. The view of the lobby was nice. My issues were a few things that I feel every other hotel has provided and that should be expected especially paying over $300 a night. The hotel did not validate guest parking. The breakfast buffet should be complimentary. It was $22. And they have about 5 basic cable channels. It seems like they are trying to cut costs but still charge a lot.

Room was fine but the A/C controls were a little wonky and the bathroom small. I had one king bed so maybe in other rooms it's bigger. That's minor. I only mention it to explain why just 4 stars on the rooms.
The service was exceptional, across the board. GM - please make sure you pay your employees well and make their annual bonus a thank you to them, for making you look good.
I was part of a convention & the convention meals were buffet-style and amazingly good. My husband & I have been to many conventions. This ranked at the top for food and food service.
Greenville is a lovely city, and what was walkable from the hotel was everything we needed.

Very good location at the top of main street. Owen at the front desk was very helpful with a good upgrade. Hotel is slightly dated. Wallpaper, trim, and classic tubs show their age. Housekeeping does a good job. Parking was free during our stay.

Slightly dated Hyatt in a great location downtown Greenville. Staff and housekeeping were all great and with good attitudes. Owen at the front desk helped make the trip a little nicer with a good upgrade.

Went here for a Halloween costume contest and party. The staff was great and my room was exceptional and the lobby is absolutely amazing. Overall a quality experience

Positive: Location was walking distance to many of the towns attractions. Negative: Outside sitting area always had the unhoused occupying the outside chairs . It could use a cleaning, because they were filthy. Also our room was very warm . Hotel came to make adjustments but it didn?t seem to work .

This is my second time staying at this hotel for a business conference,. It's perfectly situated in downtown Greenville with a ton of things to do within walking distance - kareoke bar, restaurants, local clothing boutiques, and more. The room was cozy and modern.
