I had high hopes for Swag Clothing, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The store feels empty with very few options, and the prices are way too high for what’s offered. The owner seemed more interested in acting like she owns the entire town than actually helping customers—one of the rudest store owners I’ve ever met. Save your time and money, there are much better stores in Tuscaloosa.

If your daughter is going through the University of Alabama Rush, this adorable downtown Tuscaloosa gift shop will be your best friend. You’ll find lots of cute sorority lettered gifts, clothing and acrylic items. They even can print in-house. It’s located on the corner across the Bama theatre and across the side street from The Shirt Shop. Check it out!

Last Friday my fiancé decided to tell me on the WAY to dinner with his parents that it was his mother's birthday which of course sent me into a panic. Thankfully, right next to the restaurant was SWAG. I walked up and was crushed to see they had just closed 5 mins prior but the ladies inside could tell it was a CODE RED and happily let me in. Their young daughters were SO cute giving me suggestions throughout the store, I found the perfect thing for her and they even quickly wrapped it for me. I just moved to Tuscaloosa and this experience was the epitome of Southern Hospitality- just good people doing good things for others. I can't recommend this boutique enough for their service and adorable merch. ONE THOUSAND STARS! Thank you so much ladies!!!!

Unbelievable wonderful customer service!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about this company and the sweatshirts that I received!!! Great quality and even greater customer service!!!!
I received a text stating that I would be receiving my order which was two sweatshirts in two separate shipments because one wasn’t available to ship right away and they just wanted me to know what was going on, so I didn’t think they forgot the item! Wow, was I impressed! I then decided to order one more holiday sweatshirt, it came in a very timely manner! Not long after that I received another sweatshirt, one that I did not order. A mistake on their part. So I sent a text, and immediately I got a response and was told to just keep the sweatshirt no charge! It’s not often a business will do that!! Thank you Swag!

I live in Tuscaloosa and was excited to try this place out as they always have cute stuff on Instagram. I ordered a”Tuscaloosa” sweatshirt that is stitch embroidered. It took until late Thursday of this week(ordered last Friday) to receive the “pick up” email. For nearly 60 bucks the quality is awful. They didn’t clip the back side of the embroidery(which is very noticeable when you hold it up or look at it, etc). Once I got all the excess clipped off it is a cute sweatshirt but not worth the wait or the quality.

Laura Beth and her team were fantastic to work with. Her artists were very detailed in their pieces and took pride in their work. They also had a very quick turnaround and I rarely needed to edit anything (only made edits for my preference). Her prices were great and everything from my save the dates, programs and invitations were gorgeous. People were calling me to tell me how beautiful my invitations were. SWAG also helped me design some fun koozies for the wedding and they were precious and so creative! I would definitely recommend SWAG for any and all invitations and gifts.

Recently contacted Swag through email to ask some questions about customizing a bid day package. Was contacted shortly after and told the person who handled it was out, but she would contact me the next day. She did and went back and forth multiple times, helping me customize a package and then eventually putting it together and sending me a link to pay online. She was bubbly, personable, professional and went above and beyond! This was in stark contrast to another store in town, who was slow to react, patronizing about my request and unwilling to guarantee a customized package would be delivered on time-even though it was paid for up front. Huge shout out to Kalin who was a dream to work with!

If you are looking for custom wedding invitations, then look no further than SWAG! SWAG took my vision for my wedding invitations and made them a reality. However, not only is SWAG an amazing design company, but they are quick to respond to any and all questions. I cannot recommend them enough!
