Community Feedback

The Creativity Cafe has received positive feedback from patrons, with an average rating of 4/5 based on 83 reviews on Google My Business. Customers appreciate the inclusive atmosphere, diverse range of art classes, and the opportunity to explore their creativity in a welcoming environment.

One satisfied customer shared, "The experience was great We booked a reservation for 7-9pm and we were the only ones there. We chose our pottery that we wanted to paint and began painting. The only thing I'd complain about was the temperature. It's December late at night, and there was absolutely no heat inside. Aside from that, the prices were reasonable, we paid $59 to paint two puppies for two hours."

However, it is essential to note that not all reviews are entirely positive. One reviewer mentioned, "Workers are absolutely too ghetto, and problematic. For a long time art lover, this place is NOT it. And not worth 2.5 months wait." Despite this, the majority of feedback reflects a predominantly positive experience at The Creativity Cafe.

Horrible experience overall. Brought my 12 month old to make a plat for her first b-day, put her handprint in the middle. Drove 1+ hrs to pick it up when ready- it was damaged from whoever put it in the kiln. They said they would fix it- waited weeks- drove again to pick it up and she said it would have to be sent to the manufacturer. So, never was able to get my plate that was supposed to be a special memory. Would not recommend.

We came here on a Friday night around 5:30ish and my three children and I were the only ones there. (Ages range 2, 4 and 9). They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. With this pandemic going on i have had to really think of safe yet fun things for them to do and this was both safe and fun. The lady who worked there was patient with my kids and she wasn't overbearing. She showed us politely what we could do and the prices and graciously placed us at our table to do our projects. She was not overbearing when my children got loud and excited or walked around the store/shop touching and picking up items in amazement. She let us enjoy our family time peacefully but she was near when we needed her. I am looking forward to revisiting.

Listen.... Day 1 of thanksgiving break and my 6yr old was driving me insane lol. Creativity Cafe rescued me! Walk-in hours starts at 11 during school breaks. You go in, choose whether you want to do a canvas, wood art, ceramic etc. Choose your design and colors. Very straight forward and fair prices. My babygirl was able to do her canvas for $22. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Creativity Cafe has a wide selection of activities offered - pottery painting, wheel throwing classes, hand-building clay classes, canvas painting, and more. The staff is friendly. Prices are commensurate with or better than similar businesses. They have a loyalty rewards program that I've not seen elsewhere. The brushes available for painting are a higher quality than other places. Also, during the pandemic they are doing their best to maintain an open, creative atmosphere while still meeting guidelines.

They really encourage individual creativity and artistry.

My only improvement would be to increase the size of the small-ish color selection for non- specialized pottery underglazes.

Thought would be fun girls day out with my daughters but a little pricey and the staff needs to lighten up. They were uptight, didn’t even greet us; had idea what to do, no system for requesting help and frowned upon for shouting out employee name for help. Literally no sense of humor or artistic spirit. Just no fun for $80. Next time I’ll go get a paint by number and 8 bottles of wine for the same price

My 3 daughters and I went here for something fun and different to try. We really enjoyed it. It was a little bit of a wait but they were very busy. Would go back again 🎨❤️
