My husband and I were moving back to Valencia after living in Pasadena for the past 10 years. We needed someone who knew all the neighborhoods in Santa Clarita Valley, the new development areas and had a strong reputation in the real estate market with all the various partners ie. lenders, other agents, inspectors, plumbers etc. Zach knew the property managers of the new homes in Williams Ranch, Castaic, Five Point Valencia, Tesoro Highlands and all the ones that haven't been publicly disclosed. His relationship with these property managers helped us get in to see lots that had not been built yet, to see the views, grading and surrounding area. He is extremely knowledgeable of the property value estimates, Mello Roos Fees if applicable and if he doesn't know, has the resources to find accurate information quickly. We looked at 13 houses before we found the "one". He made time for us on our schedule, was patient and understanding of our needs while seeming to know what we really wanted. He never shied away from sensing if a house wasn't the one for us.

We were in escrow twice before finding the perfect home. He was confident, empathetic and comfortable telling us what we needed to hear to versus what we would want to hear. He walked us through step by step the processes and we never felt confused. If we did, his response to us was immediate. He is extremely professional with everyone he comes in contact with as we witnessed through his interactions. We wanted someone who is trusted by their clients, other agents and all other partners in the business. He adapts to whom he works with and their preference of communication style. Zach's response time is almost immediate and if he anticipates you will text or call him and he will be on an appointment or meeting, he will let you know in advance so you are aware. He has just as an attentive team he works with and only works with the best partners whom he relies on for himself.

We are grateful for this experience with Zach in finding our forever home. We not only worked with the most reputable, experienced agent, but gained a friend for life.

I want to be honest, I usually don't write reviews but when I do it's either you left a Great impression on me or it was a Nightmare of an experience.This isn't the first time we have used Cherrie and Zach. They actually helped us purchase our home just over three years ago. My wife and I were so impressed with how great Cherrie and Zach treated us and worked with us there was no way I wasn't going to have them sell a rental we had. I contacted Cherrie regarding our property and even though it was a little out of the area Cherrie was all in !!!!! Our home was in the Antelope Valley a tough place to sell. I knew without a doubt that the skills Cherrie and Zach possess as a team could not be beat. With all their experience in sales marketing they had our home sold in an astonishing 10 days which is almost unheard of for that area. Cherrie has a grasp on all things In Real estate. She made a few suggestions to make my property really stick out. I did what she suggested and within 10 days had multiple offers . She was available 24/7 to me. Even was calling me when she was on vacation. She was amazing and it was a pleasure to have her as my agent.
