We used them the in 2019 for photos with Santa and they were awesome. This year (2020) was a very different experience. This company made us feel like we were in an assembly line. I paid $45 and they only took 3 pictures and was in a rush to get us out. I don't think we were there more than 5 minutes. They let some other families take photos of their kids with Santa but they wouldn't let my son take a picture with Santa because they had "others waiting". I will not use this company in the future. I do not recommend. I'm still fumming and disappointed.
