I’ve been a member of AC Doctors for a few years now. They’ve always sent over professionals who do a fantastic job on keeping my AC up and running. They can be a bit on the pricier side it feels, but then again I have 0 knowledge on HVAC systems so I just trust them. So far so good! They also replaced my AC unit in under 5 hours, pretty impressive.

We bought our new AC units from the AC Doctor. They came out and removed the old system and installed the new system in one day. They were very knowledgeable and very efficient. We’re careful with covering your flooring. The next day they came back and installed a mini-split unit in our game room in a half of day. They did a Great Job! If you need AC work they are the company to call!

We had a plumbing emergency and when I called A/C & Plumbing Doctors they answered and I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could schedule me for that morning. Such a relief in this case! Giovanni, the technician, came during the scheduled window and took the time to make sure I understood what he was going to do and what the costs could be before he began working. There was a problem with a critical piece of equipment he was using, and he quickly found a co worker in the area who he could borrow one from. He returned and within a few minutes he had the problem resolved. He then took the time to test the system to ensure the problem was fixed before leaving. He even showed me pictures and video of what the problem was. So helpful and professional! Highly recommend this local business.

We were tremendously pleased with the service Ian provided us. The company responded promptly to our request. Ian found the problem, explained options, and completed the repair in a very timely fashion. He and his assistant Chase, were polite professional and helpful with explanations and as importantly left their work area probably cleaner than when they started.

Eli from A/C Doctors came out to inspect our two air conditioning/heating units last week. He was on time and was very knowledgeable, professional, and technically sound. He explained in detail and added photos to visualize the condition of my units. I would recommend Eli and A/C Doctors to perform any of your A/C and heat pump needs.
