Nice store but they need more designer jeans including skirts in general. Found one cute lace top, nothing else.

Came here again 12/24 and it was a much better experience. More options including clearance

I have shopped in this Nordstrom Rack many times. But it is a disappointment in most cases. The store seems to carry fewer good items than the other Nordstrom Rack stores. I have hardly found anything I want to buy from this store. I don't think I want to spend time in this store anymore, even if I come to the area next time! However, the store is clean and the workers are friendly.

Tried to return a shirt that I had received as Christmas gift from over a year ago. The register person was nice & told me I could only get store credit & it was significantly less than the tag price since it was over a year old (I expected this working for GAP inc. for 10+ years & having common knowledge of last years fashion being less this year) I said that was fine but she needed a manager to process return. When the manager came out & heard what the register person said, he looked at me & said no receipt no return & they said he had the right to refuse returns without a reicept even though their policy stated I could return items without a receipt. He refused mulitple times & to not hold up the line any longer I just left. Don't know what his deal was but this was 1 of the worst customer service acts I've seen by a manager in a long time. He agreed I'm allowed to return items without a receipt but followed it with he has the right to deny any returns as well & wouldn't give me a reason why. I hate accusing people of racism but I can't think of anything else unless he thought I was his bully from grade school. Hopefully the rest of the management is better well trained.

Ordered a pair of UGGs and was so excited. Got sent a pair of boots that I did not want and the store could only return the boots. They are sold out of the shoes I ordered and have no idea where my shoes are! Very frustrating and rude that they can’t ship the rights shoes. Now I have to pay the price for a mistake that they made.

Excellent selection of men’s shoes size 13 and size 14. So many in fact I had too many options to choose from which is rare for someone of my shoe size. Prices could’ve been slightly cheaper. For the shoes pictured they were between $94 and $114.

Did not interact with customer service. But they all appeared friendly. Restrooms in back in women’s section located by the miscarriage dress section.

I cannot come here without adult supervision! I absolutely LOVE to shop the amazing deals that I see are on the “Nordstrom Rack” app - as many of those things on sale on the app are on sale IN store. It’s also the best place to find an amazing outfit- I’ve found two dresses here for weddings and dates; several pairs of shoes here that I absolutely love, too many shirts and some of my very favorite Hudson Jeans here (my god, you have to dig for bootcut!)

Follow up... (July 2021) Found a couple pairs of FABULOUS shoes!! I love this place. Dangerous if you are trying to save money!
