Ruben was AMAZING, we ran out of photo paper for a huge event on the east coast at 6 pm on a Friday. I knew our only chance was to find a company on the west coast that could still ship out to us in time for a Saturday delivery.

We had less than one hour to make UPS Delivery pickup, he jumped into action walked our order to the warehouse and we got our supplies by 10 am the next day, less than 18hrs after talking with him. He was a star and saved our event and thousands of dollars that we would have had in lost revenue. FotoClub is the best!!!

Been ordering from Foto Club for a while now, and they're just always so consistent with getting supplies to me on time. I literally placed my order online yesterday and it was out to UPS the same day, arrived this morning. Also, I may have gotten lucky, or they may have understood what a bind I was in, because I got my DNP media right away, which led to me wanting to write this review.

I think it's Ruben that I speak with, but every time I call the dude seems to actually care about my business needs, offer advice and wisdom on the media shortage, etc. Anyway, with great service and very fair pricing, I'll continue to order from Foto Club.

I placed an order on a backordered printer in February of 2023. After learning that the printer I ordered is likely to not come into stock for several more months, I contact Dio with Foto Club and requested the order be canceled. He canceled it and said that a refund would be issued. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see my $1,100.00 refund. I have emailed, called the business, and called Dio's cell number (which is listed in his email response) to no avail. I have filed a claim with paypal and awaiting their response. Don't waste your time or money with this business.

When I ordered my printer from foto club, they were knowledgeable and helpful 100% Ruben helped me out alot. When I received my printer unfortunately there was a part missing (cartridge that holds the ribbon) I called and knowing it was urgent because I had to use this printer in two days for a job. They air shipped it next day. It arrived on time and the event I serviced went on without a hitch. Awesome customer service.
