After trying to take my photo for a passport renewal at home and failing, I came here as a first time customer. The staff were so kind and professional, gave me two options for the photo (while also explaining what was necessary for the photo to be approved). I didn’t feel rushed at all, but my photos were processed in 10 minutes and the Airdrop delivery was seamless! I also loved that I felt respected by the staff for masking after the photo. I can’t wait to work with Claremont Photo and Video again! Highly, highly recommend!

Was very knowledgeable able about different countries requirements for passport photos. Made my passport photo process so much easier and streamlined and the BEST passport photos I've ever taken. Highly recommend!

Dropped in without an appointment for a passport photo, walked out with what is possibly the best photograph that’s ever been taken of me. I wish I had a reason to show it to people without being a weirdo, but, alas. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Anthony took my passport photo today and it took less than 15 min. And the photos came out professional looking. I went to a couple of the big stores and due to their lighting their photos were terrible. I should have come here first. Thanks Anthony and your wife for the nice conversation and wonderful experience.

I was referred to come here to Claremont photo and video after having the worst passport photos done up the street at another place called Village Postmark. I am so glad I came here to Claremont Photo! Best passport photos ever! Anthony took the time and patience to make sure I was happy with mine and my child’s photo. I felt like I was in a professional photo shoot,with the lighting,professionalism etc. You can tell he is a professional at what he does! Hands down the best place to get passport photos and also other photo/videos services done here! I will be definitely coming back!

Worst costumer experience ever. There are two reasons.
1. The store was very unwelcoming, I walked in and he made me just take the pictures without telling me how much it was. (Very expensive if you are getting passport photo here)
2. The service quality is not worth what I paid for. One passport photo cost me around $30 with a very unfriendly staff. And the quality of the photo is quite mid.
If this isn’t the only store out there, I would defiantly suggest picking an alternative one.
Note. He seems to have a worst attitudes to students.
