Jolene Meyer did a fabulous job selling our home in Sonora, CA. She was indispensable in helping us to get our home ready to put on the market, referring tradesmen to do the necessary repairs. She analysed market conditions and advised us on what recent sales/listings meant in terms of what we should expect in terms of valuation, and recommended list price. Once we started showing the home, she was successful leveraging her network to stimulate initial interest and excitement, capturing feedback from buyer agents to finetune our marketing messaging and was able to bring multiple parties to the table at the same time with offers, ultimately leading to us getting our asking price. She worked with buyer agent and title company to bring the process to a successful close. Start to finish, from listing to closing was under two months... all this in tumultuous times with unusually high interest rates and a "down market." Not only did we get a wonderful outcome, but Jolene was a pleasure to work with, coaching us, listening to our needs and maintaining a positive perspective throughout. Her enthusiasm and optimism is contagious. I have bought/sold five homes previously, and would put Jolene at the top of my list. If you need to buy or sell a property in Calaveras Co. you need to use Jolene. We were new to the area and not sure what we needed and Jolene searched out lots of great possibilties and gave us a great education on what to look for. She was patient and on top of every question we could ask. If she did not have the answer it would appear in our email before we got home. She found the perfect place for us. Jolene was an incredible Realtor. We were looking for a property to build a vacation home. She came out to help us look at properties, knew a lot of the local regulations about fire and other considerations when purchasing land that were very helpful. She helped negotiate a great price on the property and was wonderful with the seller's agent. We had several contingencies to work through given the location of the property. She was very knowledgable and hooked us up with local resources to get the work done, as well as kept checking in to ensure we were making progress. Would 100% recommend her if you're looking for a property in the areas she covers, and will definitely use her in the future if other needs come up. So glad we found her!
