Unprofessional and a literal joke. Never have I ever seen such a blatant disregard for the well being of their employees.
They will side with their "customer" always. Your typical shill. Also, most if not all the jobs they offer are minimum wage or a dollar above. Other temps will be getting paid more than you for the same work/time. And remember when I said they'll side with their "customers" for a quick buck? Yeah. If you have anything to say for yourself save it . The office staff will completely ignore you and you're better off talking to a wall. It'll be more attentive and pay close attention.
None of the work they offer is worth minimum wage and the treatment you'll be getting along with the awful work is most definitely not worth the pennies.

You are worth more. Your time is precious.
Don't just "settle" for what they offer.
And most certainly do not waste your limited time slaving for these people.

I applied with this place and told them I needed nights because my gf works days. everything was good until I got a call just now to set up an interview I told them the time didn't work witch was 4pm because my gf would still be at work. patty then began to start arguing with me about what time day and night shift was and how I was wrong instead of working with me finding a different job for me so they can get someone for that one asap I was then told to go find a different agency and just hung up on extremely unprofessional and just rude and wrong like wow. just wow.

People ready is a great place to go as a laborer if you need some extra money to make you pick the schedule they will always have work for you. As an employer I would recommend using people ready to hire temp laborers.

Completely unprofessional. A few of us workers have been sitting at a jobsite for 6 hours waiting on getting paid, after being cut early. After calling the Labor Ready office she hung up on us after we tried explaining what had happened. The company is changing from labor ready to "people ready" funny how they aren't ready for anything. Considering they open at 6 am when their website says 530. This office is subpar

Very bad place to work got injured and was laied off with no help they dident care for there employee they sided with the customer and laid me off worst place to work deserves to be shut down they scam there workers with low paying jobs the company they sided with was penensula plastic in Turlock

I work for people ready and on the job stacks you are allowed to pick your jobs when you want to work will people ready has been adding jobs to my job tickets and not telling me the first one I seen it then I fixed it then when I woke up I seen another one I did not agree too so I didn't go
Now because I didn't go I am no longer available to see jobs so ya this place doesn't do as they say
You pick jobs that you want not what they want

This place is horrible they never answer the phones or give you a call back I have left numerous messages over and over again and never receive a call back so I'm giving this a one-star very terrible place if you're looking for employment definitely go somewhere else check out Express Employment Agency in Turlock they're awesome don't waste your time here 1 star very bad
