I should have known from the first telephone conversation when Mr. Anderson starting talking politics and about the government and mask ordinances that I should have walked away. But this is the only place in Florence I could find to transfer VHS to DVD.
The quality was poor based on the fact after I was told to label the tapes in the order I wanted them, they were transferred to the DVDs not in that order. Which why even label them if he is not going to put them in the order you asked.
Plus there was an issue with the pricing after I had mentioned to let me know the cost of all the copies I wanted I was told "That wasn't written down so you have to pay or I am taking you to court." Mr. Anderson is very unprofessional and this business is not accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
I strongly encourage anyone to use someone else, you do not get what you pay for.
My next question is does he actually pay taxes on the products he provides?
Also when I picked up my DVDs I asked Mr. Anderson for my change and he threw a dollar bill into my truck and started ranting as he walked off.
Once again stay away very far away!!!!!!!!
