We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Universal Studios California to celebrate a New Year. |Hendrick, the restaurant manager, helped us choosing the restaurant for New Year eve dinner making our dining experience truly memorable. Cornelius also deserves a special mention for making our checkout process smooth and hassle-free.||It was a pleasure to deal with every single bellman at the entrance of the hotel!!! They were extremely friendly and always ready to help. |We also appreciated the flexibility of being able to order DoorDash directly to the hotel. Families with children will understand me. ||The hotel has clearly thought of everything, restaurants, snacks and coffee, onsite Landry machines, water refill and ice stations, ATM, and a dedicated smoking area—a clean, well-maintained corner away from the entrance with chairs and proper ashtrays, which we found very considerate. ||Room service was also good, offering various snacks and dining options. ||The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after busy days. The convenience of shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes made things even easier. ||The pool area, with heated jacuzzi was such a nice touch after a long walking day in the park. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Universal Studios—if we’d visit universal studios again, we’d definitely stay there again!

Another clear casualty of max profits, this place is not very comfortable. But the location is spectacular!

Pros:

+ Nice staff
+ Epic views

Cons:
- Room amenities are horrible (fridge, coffee maker, air conditioning, hot water, all these work very poorly)
- Questionable value on room prices since it's fake luxury
- Very expensive parking

Just stayed with kids for our Anniversary. Had an amazing time. The ultimate Seafood and Prime Rib Buffet could it have been better. And the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating.
This was one of the nicest stays we have ever had.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Like always with Hilton, everything was just perfect. The staff were all super friendly and serious about superior customer service. We enjoyed the morning buffet, the food was great and we ordered room service too and it was also great. Yes, you can easily walk to the theme park although there is also a shuttle about every 20 minutes too. You can not go wrong staying at Hilton.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. Close enough to walk, but connected via shuttle… and with plenty of amenities right in the hotel… they had everything we needed. The design is a bit older, but the facility is well kept and the service was quite friendly. Would recommend to any family visiting Universal.

Walking distance to Universal Studios, so win location. Some steps, so use the shuttle for any disability that limits walking in any way. Room service kids meals were tasteless. If your kid likes full bland, its all good. Wasnt worth the cost for me. Fast food would have been a better alternative. Room service was fast enough, and obviously very convenient. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel. I will book again.

The most beautiful Hilton we've ever stayed in! We had our small child with us as well and they were wonderful towards her. The staff were friendly and attentive, the bar/ restaurant was lovely (amazing food and specialty drinks) and just the attention paid to all the details there. From the decor inside to all of the amenities outside and the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, we will DEFINITELY be back! Prime location spot, within walking distance to Universal Studios as well! Seriously Hilton Hollywood, well done!
