It is a shame that I have to do this. My late father and I were customers of this company for years. We always had issues with signs not being installed on time(delayed) and some of the staff were not friendly. They are not reliable and I am glad to say I am now with another company that takes pics of the sign install and is extremely thorough. The parting gift I got after being with them for nearly 20 years was that after I notified them I was closing my account I had one sign still up(I wanted it up) for a property and they didn't notify me they were removing it. Instead I drove by (It was on a busy street) and I saw it was gone! After I called, I got attitude from one assistant until I was handed to my regular there, who claimed the manager had reached out to let me know this was going to be done(NOT TRUE). Where is the value in customer service and more importantly a loyal customer?
