We’ve been scouting for a potential vacation property to retire to in the Sierra foothills for a while. We stumbled across a beautiful place in the Columbia area, and realized we needed to engage a local realtor.

Eventually we found a house in a fantastic location and with Mike's help we were able to negotiate and close on it. All through the escrow process Mike was there for us, and went above and beyond to help us. We had concerns about past construction work, so Mike pulled in one of the best builders in the area to give his assessment. We had concerns about moisture in the basement, again Mike pulled in people with experience to help us understand what we were seeing. Frankly he's an awesome human being, and I encourage anyone reading this to give him a call.
