I reached out to Jarrod with Lotus Event Pros regarding help with our annual cultural-event at church and he was just so amazingly responsive and accommodating. I was initially worried considering Dec-Jan is still a busy time with company parties, holiday events, winter weddings/baby-showers, and year-end celebrations, but they were so easy to work with and we received SOOO many compliments on the day of our January event.

From start to finish, Jarrod provided me with several estimates for what I was envisioning, and he even went to our church to coordinate taking measurements for layout suggestions (which was such a pleasant surprise!). We planned out what we wanted my guests to see upon entering the venue, layouts for tables and chairs, draping color and deciding on the optimal height as our ceilings were like 2-3 stories high, and coordinating set-up and take-down for minimal disruption for other church activities taking place in the same weekend of my event.

Jarrod went above and beyond for us, and all our church staff, guests, and their families were so pleased with just the professionalism that was displayed. I really can't thank him and Lotus Event Pros enough, everyone is already looking forward to having them come back again to our event next year!

I went to Lotus Event Pros for my wedding, and I can't say enough good things about these guys!

My now wife and I were excited, yet very nervous about having to plan a wedding. Finding and choosing vendors, venue, decor, etc seemed so daunting to us. Thankfully, Lotus Event Pros was there to help us every step of the way! They made everything so seamless and easy with all of the services they provide. For anything they didn't do in house, they helped us find the right people to get the job done. From photography, videography, centerpieces, flowers, food, and beyond, their friendly and knowledgeable staff was right there making sure our vision was realized. I can't imagine how hard it would have been to plan a wedding without them. They really take the time to get to know what you want your event to be, and work tirelessly to make sure it happens flawlessly.

I definitely recommend these guys, and will hire them again if I ever need to host another amazing event in the future.

Lotus Event Pros was a huge help with our wedding from the planning to the execution of the big day. I am such an indecisive person that without them my husband and I would probably still be engaged. Our wedding was held on August 2021 in the middle of the pandemic so we had to push our wedding back a few times. Jarrod was amazing and went above and beyond in looking for a wonderful venue in such a short amount of time. We had a tight budget and we were able to get a venue beyond my expectations with a beautiful panoramic view of Long Beach and the Pacific Ocean, amazing food by Chef Callan, a super fun photo booth you can customize yourself, an awesome videography team that made us feel so relaxed and took the awkwardness out of being filmed, and oh my God the flowers by Ansa and Michelle we so gorgeous. My parents were unable to fly in due to covid and they were able to make sure they were part of our big day by allowing them to be able to talk to us and our guests by projecting them online and they did the live streaming for our wedding! Scott was such a great host and the celebration was always lively. Jarrod made sure that my husband and I were able to eat and stay relaxed as much as possible to be able to take in as much on our special day. But most importantly, they made sure we were able to have our fur baby with us all day. My wedding day surpassed all my expectations as it was a small intimate wedding and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for wedding services. I can’t wait to have more milestones to celebrate so I can have them help me once again!

We hired Lotus Event Pros for our wedding in April 2018. They did a wonderful job as MC/DJ during the ceremony and reception and kept people on the dance floor all night long. This company was extremely professional in all aspects including the set up. As you know, weddings can be stressful and they took care of everything for us. It was a great relief being able to rely on them. They are quite inexpensive for the quality of service they provide. We will most certainly be using them for events in the future.

We booked Lotus Event Pros as our wedding DJ/MC plus lighting services, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled by them! From start to finish, Scott was incredibly communicative and attentive to every detail involved for the day. I was impressed by what Scott and his crew knew to account for, which speaks well to their experience and expertise in the industry. Our guests commented on how smoothly our wedding ran, and we can honestly attribute much of that to Lotus Event Pros being a part of our amazing vendor team. As our DJ/MC, Scott maintained good control over the pacing of our program, and he engaged our guests well, including for our shoe game which I gave little direction on, but Scott ran with it and maintained a fun vibe. He also absolutely brought the energy needed for our open dance portion. The dance floor was never seen empty at any point, as Scott understood well from our discussions and notes taken prior but more importantly, he could read the room. Our guests still comment on how much they had a blast that night. We highly recommend Lotus Event Pros for any event entertainment needs and hope to book them again for future special occasions!

Highly recommend Lotus Event Pros for all DJ/Lighting/MC & even photobooth needs. We had come across Lotus Event Pros via another DJ vendor that we were thinking to book, however they were fully booked for our wedding date, unfortunate, BUT very grateful for this referral as Lotus Event Pros did not disappoint. They had everything we would need and at a very reasonably affordable price point. We worked with Scott, who was very professional and responsive with whatever questions we had. He was also able to edit my aisle walk down song as I asked. He even offered to change our uplighting to double as dance floor lighting when we opened the dance floor (which I had no idea was possible or what that meant initially), but so glad he did because it helped set the dancing vibes.

Scott works with you and sends over a music planner for you to fill out and review together during a planning meeting to make sure everything runs smoothly and all the songs you want to be played are played. I would say everything went smoothly and Scott was able to keep our guests dancing throughout the entire night, which was very important to us (and there was even an "encore" even after the lights were turned back on).

The photobooth prints were customizable where we provided our preferred fonts and color theme and Scott sent over a mock-up design. We were pleased with the initial mock-up the first time around and did not have to spend much time on the photobooth details. I liked that you could choose between the square prints vs. strips as we prefer strip prints. We were sent a link to download all the digital copies including the original photos within a few days. We also really liked that you could fit a large group into 1 frame.

A bonus: we also wanted a bi-lingual Cantonese MC, which Lotus Event Pros had no issue in providing for us at a very reasonable price.

Also, a very important thing that you probably don't think about when wedding planning is that Lotus Event Pros are professionals and our venue required LOI/insurance documents and getting the documents from Lotus Event Pros was SO easy as Scott took care of everything without any issues.
