I had extremely positive exigence with Alteco. Sergey and his team did superb job with cabinets selection, purchase, and installation. The whole process was very pleasant. Couple of needed adjustments were immediately fixed on a short notice. Will do business with them again.

Too bad there is no six star option! We purchased a new front door for the house from Sergei and Alteco. The door that we received was exactly what we wanted - it is sturdy, well designed, super high tech (code, touch, bio, led lights, app controlled - the whole package) and absolutely beautiful! All metal, great insulation, well desgined, works smoothly, looks amazing! We are super happy. As an additional note: Sergei is an excellent professional - he knows his stuff like no other, super responsive, reliable, kind and pleasant to work with. All doords should be Alteco, period.

They really have a great selection of modern doors. Our pivot front door is our main attraction. Everyone just loves it. But know that it’ll take a very long time to get it ship here (5 plus months). So plan accordingly. But well worth the wait!

Just got time to REVIEW them. Purchased in 2022 when they were absolutely NEW on the BLOCK.
MOVED In the Home in 2023.
MAJOR ISSUE- INCORRECT measurements.
1- The cabinet next to the fridge and the fridge cannot open same time.
2- The Tall cabinet has one bolt to close and it falls off once a month and the door is hanging lose on the bottom.
3- The side cabinet squeaks and since it was incorrectly measure they used a filler that is falling off.
4- The swing in and out cabinet door is falling off. 5- The toe kicks keep falling off when ever you mop floor
5- The garbage can they gave was damaged and bent and is still sitting in the garage. The sales guy promised to deliver and disappeared.
6- MAJOR ONE- The height of the Microwave is higher than decided and I cannot even use my MV.
( Sergei gave me another part to have it fixed - BUT no one can fix it )

They really did not know what they were selling. I gave them an opportunity and trusted them without having to see their products and finish EXCEPT for the sample squares. The person who sold it to me JUAN calculated INCORRECTLY and most of my cabinets are not right.They b;amped my contractor. Fine but at least fix the issue. Apparently JUAN left and no one took ownership but I feel CHEATED horribly. Sergei the owner came over and tried to help me twice by shipping some parts to me but NO one wants to touch the cabinets as they are sure it will fall apart. I Gave them TWO SOLID referrals before even mine were installed. Now when people visit my home, first thing they see is mis aligned cabinets and of course ?
CUSTOMER SERVICE post purchase SUCKS. Sad part they take all $$$ MUCH before delivery and installation.
DON’T get caught up. I am not RICH enough to throw these out or I sure would have and replaced with American cabinets that would last me till i live and saved $$$$. I paid and ARM an a LEG .
My heart HURTS.
I got Doors from them too. Which I would rate as 4 * /5.
CABINETS NO!!!! I am still looking for someone to step forward from ALTECO and fix these minor issues which should be a no brainer for them and NOT have me outsource the repairs.
