Best experience I've ever had in an optometry! My eye exam doctor Dr. Huang was super nice and professional! The lady at the front desk was also super kind and helpful. The store is clean. It's not hard to get an appointment.

The service is ok. But it's pretty annoyed when I need to keep calling back and forth with them to confirm my schedule and finalize my prescription. It took over 3 weeks to finalize my prescription since they never followed up.

C Sharp is truly the best optometrist shop in the South Bay. Dr. Bahn and his staff work hard to make sure the customer gets the right prescription, and are incredibly attentive and detail-oriented to resolve any issues that affect customer vision or comfort. Wendy, in particular, listens carefully, is heroically patient, is highly precise with glasses adjustments, and holds their suppliers and vendors to the highest of standards.

My extremely high prescription has long made it horribly difficult and frustrating to get my vision right, but C Sharp has persistently stuck with me to find the right glasses and contact lenses. I'm so grateful for their help!
