BEST MECHANICS EVER!!! I actually can’t find enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with Alex and family at Alvarez Creations! I have a 2014 Camaro that never had any issues. One day it began shaking when I was stopped, violently shaking. It was early 2021, still during Covid. I couldn’t find any mechanics that had time. All they were doing were basics oil, brakes, plugs etc. I had another car so I had time. One mechanic had it 6 weeks and put gas in it and that was it. Finally I was convinced to go to the Dealership. Platinum Chevrolet. (DO NOT GO THERE!! The mechanics don’t understand the working of an engine they only can follow what a computer tells them no real working knowledge!) That’s a separate review! They told me it was some computer $400 then called back and said oh it’s also the ECU. $1200 total. I picked it up on a Sunday got on freeway and all the lights came on, check engine light, loss of power, something about windows… EVERYTHING! I got home and called them and they told me they didn’t really know and it “has a lot of miles and I should expect “… WHAT Has 120k .. has been serviced regularly. Only use 91 gas. I didn’t go back. Life happened, we moved, had two family members pass so the car sat until recently. At a car show my husband was given Alex’s name. THANK YOU IMPALA MAN FROM KELSEYVILLE CAR SHOW!! The car was towed over the outside is beautiful but inside full of dust and cobwebs. It was garages but with the top down. (Convertible) Alex immediately found the issue… THE CLUTCH!!… the MAF and MAP sensors (which may be a result of the ECU replacement). They fixed the car in a timely manner… oil change new plugs plus sensors and clutch. Then they detailed the car!!! The interior was all shampooed … engine bay steam cleaned.. entire car waxed!! I just drove it home and it is like a brand new car!!! I also have a 2014 Corvette that I will definitely take to them when needed… she has very low miles but eventually. My local Chevy dealership won’t even do oil changes on Corvettes and they told me they don’t have anyone to even read and understand the computer read outs for Corvettes… what’s up Chevy with your dealerships!!!
ALVAREZ CAR CREATIONS…These are CAR GUYS!!!! They are smart, old school mechanics!!.. they understand how an engine works!!!! They are HONEST, priced fairly and COMMUNICATIVE!!! Call for any car needs they are AMAZING!! Shout to Alex’s son who detailed my car… WOW is all I can say!!!!

Omg I fricken love you guys they always answer their phones promptly have phone etiquette & even allows me to stop by same day for check ups they are the nicest guys ever & the guy in the front desk (forgot his name he was in crutches) such a nice fella they’re all friendly fast reliable service most importantly trustworthy one of the guys that was looking into my vehicle he even offered to take a video to throughly show me what caused my light to come on which was my 1st time experience that they’ve provided such an amazing service so I think I found my new mechanics in my new hometown thank you guys so much grateful for you guys

my car was shaking a lot when driving it and would constantly want to turn off. they were quick to solving the issue and getting it done right at a very fair price. hands down the best of the best automotive shops. they definitely go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. highly recommend!

The crew at Alvarez is beyond amazing. My partner and I were towed to their shop after our Mazda 3's TCM gave out on the 128, 2 hours into a 10 hour drive back home to SoCal. Their crew, specifically Joel, was very attentive to give us a correct diagnostic and they were determined to help get us back on the road safely as soon as they could. Joel helped us understand what was going on under the hood, explained our different options, took the car out for test drives before handing it off to us once he was confident we were good to go.
Thanks to their team we were able to make it back home, slowly but safely. Joel even taught us what to do in the case we had the issue with our transmission shifting gears. These guys are legit, honest mechanics.

Dood these guys really know their stuff. I went to a lot of shops that couldn't figure out how to do what I needed. I've done some weird sh!t to my truck and they fixed what I did wrong and worked around the things that stayed.
They do repairs right and at a great price.
I recommend them for both custom work for your baby and repairs for your every day driver.
