Be careful with the prices at checkout! It happened to me twice where the price displayed on the product shelf(printed) or on the product itself was different at the checkout(higher). Both times, I had to demonstrate the correct price myself, which was frustrating and time-consuming. This kind of issue shouldn’t be happening, and it makes shopping here more of a hassle than it’s worth. I do not recommend going here, but if you do want to support local stores, make sure to double-check the prices at checkout. The difference of price was always ~ 20 EUR than what was displayed at the product location.

Ever since they remodeled the store it's so bright and you can look all over the store and find your items very easily. Big thanks to Mr. Zenzen for the competent talk and the retail advice.

I gave my DJI mini 3 Drone for repair at the store. After 3 weeks i called to check if they new anything. (They said around 2 weeks).
Worker was extremely rude, didn't help and hung up.
Only thing he said was that the drone was at a DJI store waiting for Parts. SINCE 2 WEEKS. They have the parts in stock usually.
0/10, Cant recommend at all.

I just needed to ask the simplest question ever. The man at the phone was so rude, he didn’t even let me speak cause “we don’t speak English, we are in Germany!!!” what’s that? 1800?

Definitely the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced all over Europe. They shout at you when you bring the stuff back when its not working properly.

Before me there was one woman who tried to enquire where is her son's phone which she gave them to be repaired, but they shouted we cannot do anything for you, leave. And when she did not, they called security and threw her out.

Absolutely no chance of getting a decent advisory service. The sales staff is just after selling stuff for which they get commissions. Came here to buy a tablet.. The guy was only cracking jokes and speaking in a wierd tone. Put me off. I'd rather buy online.
